We ship via SAPO (South African Postal Service) counter to counter. On checkout you have two options either "Normal" post which takes approximately 3-5 working days or "Speed" post which takes approximately 1-2 working days.

Sizes are internationally standardized as follows: WAIST - inches/cm small = 28"-30" medium = 32"-34" large = 36"-38" xlarge = 40"-42"
