Cage Fighter Apparel is a business in the Combat Sports industry that markets combat sports apparel, gear and equipment.
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 working days and delivery confirmed by way of booking [#Number / Voucher / ID etc#].
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Cage Fighter Apparel is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Cage Fighter Apparel will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a R50 administration fee. If it comes back to us unworn, unwashed and with all the labels still intact then we’ll be happy to swap it for another item of choice or a store credit. No refunds or exchanges on "clearance products". All courier and or postage costs will be for the buyers account unless agreed otherwise.
Colors
We display colors of our products on our site as accurately as we can, but the actual color you see depends on the accuracy of your own monitor, which we cannot guarantee.
Limited Warranties
We warrant that there will be no material defects in workmanship, materials, operation or finish for the products for one (1) month from the date of your purchase. This warranty will not apply to subsequent owners, or for defects due to fire, casualty, forces of nature, failure to exercise customary maintenance of the products, or the consequences of uses other than those for which the product was intended.
Our only liability under such warranties, whether in tort, contract or otherwise, will be, at our option, to repair or replace the products, or to refund the amounts paid for products returned to us. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR MORE THAN WE WERE PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS. We have no liability to pay any costs for repairs performed by anyone other than us, unless in each instance we have given our written approval prior to any third party repair.
EACH OF THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES MADE TO YOU, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND CAGE FIGHTER APPAREL HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE USE OF A PRODUCT.
Customer Privacy Policy
Cage Fighter Apparel shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Cage Fighter Apparel bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Cage Fighter Apparel by Virtual Card Service (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Nedbank of South Africa. ShopDirect uses SSL3 and credit card information is stored per Visa and Mastercard guidelines on the website. Users may go to www.shopdirect.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
Responsibility
Cage Fighter Apparel takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Cage Fighter Apparel chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 57 Albrecht street, Sunward Park, 1459.
Variation
Cage Fighter Apparel may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
